ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES:
1. CIVIL WORKS:
- Civil construction works, leveling & grading, equipment foundation, pipe rack foundation, trenching, pre-cast, building & camp construction, roads etc.
- Construction of exploratory and developmental well locations.
- Construction of single span bridges ranging from 15 ft. to 35 ft. with the use of steel and pre-cast desk slabs over irrigation & drain canals.
- General and specific usage buildings including control room for oil & gas facilities, radio rooms, security guard room etc.
- Access & dirt roads… mapping, networking and construction.
3. SHUT DOWN SERVICES:
We also have engineers, supervisors, foreman, skilled / unskilled workmen and all required equipment for shut down / turn-around emergency jobs.
2. PRODUCTION FACILITIES:
- Construction of equipment foundations, pipe supports, skim pits, flame pits, burn pits, fire water ponds, oil storage tank’s foundation, protection dykes, security guard rooms for production facilities.
- Emergency drainage for overflow oil. Burn pits, flame pits, skim pits, underground & overground pipelines.
- Internal road networks and buildings.
- Protection dykes with different capacities as either concrete wall or dirt.
- Engineering & designing capability of RCC designing of cellar and pad, placement of steel re-bars, and thickness of structures. Available equipment includes concrete mixer, vibrator, rebar cutting machine & other related items.
- Pipe Culvert: Engineer pipe culverts, RCC box culverts, aqua duct and siphon as per requirements of the existing water flow rate at the water course. Equipment used are tripod, chain pulley, etc.
